Boats less than 30 feet $300 for haul-out and launch.
For boats 30 feet or more, $10 per foot, includes haul-out and launch.
Other crane services are $200.00
Fork Lift = $75.00 per hour
Pressure Washer rental = $30.00 per day
Re-Blocking = $75.00
Adjusting stands under boat = $10.00
Check boat for standing water = No Charge
Pump water out of boat = $50.00 minimum (hazard waste disposal will be
additional)

Terms and Conditions
1. Rate lock-in discounts associated with rental
agreements for longer than (1)-month will be valid only with payment in full
at initiation of rental agreement. All payments shall be made to
"Patti's Boat Storage" at P.O. Box 110, Pensacola, FL 32591 (or
300 S. Pinewood Lane, Pensacola, FL 32507). All
charges are subject to a 2% environmental compliance fee plus 7.5% state
sales tax. Minimum length boat charge will be billed at 20 feet.
2. Full night time security will be provided for the
entire facility. In no case will PBS be responsible for any lost,
stolen or damaged items. Any loose gear, personal effects, or other
items of concern should be removed from vessel and premises.
3. Work hours will be from 8:00 A.M. till 7:00 P.M.,
7 days a week. No access to facility will be allowed outside these hours
unless otherwise authorized by PBS.
4. Electrical and water service are included in above
rates.
5. A "Liability Release Form" must be executed prior
to entering property to work on vessel. If you decide to hire an
outside contractor to work on your boat, they must provide a Certificate of
Insurance (COI) verifying $500,000 in liability coverage before work begins.
6. The facility will adhere to all "Florida Clean
Marina Program" requirements. Renter agrees to adhere to all
environmental protection guidelines (i.e. bottom debris containment &
removal, oil disposal, ect. ...). Rental violators will be given (3)
days to remove boat from facility and will be responsible for all associated
clean-up costs.
